As someone who has sleep deprivation problems and falls asleep at lectures all the time, I can relate to him. Also, it’s Rho’s cute co-worker! and she has a NAME! that’s cool.
PS: today it’s been officially ONE YEAR since I started posting Postcards in Braille!! I’m really happy to have made it this far. Here’s to more years of comics and adventures! (we should have a birthday party)
Panel 1: The record store. Rho is sitting by the counter, resting his head on his hand. Aleph (off panel) says “Rho, can you…”
Panel 2: Same as before, but a little closer. Rho hasn’t moved at all. Aleph (off panel) says “…Rho?”
Panel 3: Aleph (off panel) yells “RHO!” in big, red letters. Rho is startled. He raises his head and says “Ah!”
Panel 4: Aleph is standing next to the counter. Resting her hands on her hips she says “Hey, no sleeping on the job!”. Rho smiles nervously, sweating, and says “Ahaha! Sorry, Aleph!”
Panel 5: Aleph over a plain background. She smiles and says “Dude, how long have you been sleeping anyway?”
Panel 6: Same as before, but now Aleph is looking very serious and a sort of angry, furrowing her brow. She says “It’s hard to tell when I can’t see your eyes”
